Dylan was born and raised in New Bark Town, a town where the winds of new beginings blow. On Dylans 15th birthday he was given a pichu egg and was instructed by Proffesor Birch to go out discover the mysteries of Pokemon eggs, upon leaving for his Journey he also met up with Professor Oak who also gave him a pokedex, with his heart full of ambition and determination he later became the pokemon leauge champion! Of the Johto League!
